Empresários visitam a Print Media Academy (PMA) na Heidelberg da Alemanha.
No dia 04 de maio, cinquenta empresários brasileiros e um representante do SENAI foram conhecer a fábrica da Heidelberg e a PMA. A fábrica, com área de 1.000.000 m2, está localizada na cidade de Heidelberg, que fica aproximadamente à 300 Km de Dusseldorf.
O grupo conheceu diversos setores como: área de estoque, centro de treinamento, processos de usinagem , montagem de máquinas e, posteriormente, a PMA.
O gerenciamento de estoque é realizado de forma totalmente automatizada e possui capacidade para gerenciar e entregar mais de 1000 peças por hora, de acordo com as necessidades específicas de cada cliente interno e externo.
Segundo o apresentador, a Heidelberg realiza a preparação técnica básica da equipe no centro de treinamento. Aproximadamente 6% dos funcionários são contemplados com o programa e aqueles que se destacam são efetivados em diferentes áreas de atuação .
Neste centro de treinamento observamos a presença de máquinas novas e mais antigas, como tornos convencionais. Sabe-se que em alguns casos, para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem eficaz, as máquinas menos automatizadas são importantes para auxiliar o aluno a obter melhor compreensão do processo.
No processo de usinagem foram apresentados os controles de qualidades utilizados para garantir a produtividade e reprodução correta dos componentes da máquina (uma unidade impressora possui mais de 8000 peças).
Nas áreas reservadas para a montagem de equipamentos, observamos um expressivo número de máquinas XL 145 (formato 1060 mm x 1450mm ) e XL 162 (1210mm x 1620mm).
A velocidades destes equipamentos pode variar de 15.000 fh/h a 12.000fh/h, com sistema de reversão.
Os equipamentos tem sistemas automáticos de troca de chapa e de limpeza de blanqueta e chapa. Além disso, podem ser integrados às estações de trabalho da pré-impressão. Como opcionais, podem ser adicionados sistemas de cura UV e alimentação contínua do suporte.
Outro item de destaque na visita foi a apresentação da máquina com sistema de cold stamping em linha, projetada para atender principalmente a demanda por enobrecimento dos produtos gráficos.
